No luck on repairs!.
I did not have very good results Busen repair service. I had them come out to look at my dryer because cloths were still damp after first cycle of trying to dry cloths (it has been taking twice as
long as normal). He thought he fixed it (within 5 minutes), but after he left I did more laundry and the same problem was going on with it.
They reschedule to come out again at later date.
This time he replaced the thermostat and said it is coming up to right temperature and he left. The dryer is still not fixed, it dries white cloths with no problem, jeans and dark cloths....forget about it. It takes about 2 hours to fully dry them. Paid money for repair service and it is not fixed properly. Both times, technician came out he was in a HURRY....you would think he would of stuck around another 10 minutes just to make sure the dryer was going to continue to stay hot during the drying cycle.
My advice, before you call Busen for repair........you might just want to try someone else or just buy a new one.…
