Nothing at this establishment is handled professionally. Atmosphere is by no means comforting. Expensive with poor quality result. Does not value clients or employees.

Working at a new salon.

I, Ashley Scott, am no longer working at Charisma. I have moved down the hall to a BEAUTIFUL salon called Blondie's!

I attempted to contact all of my clients, however a few of you were unreachable. I hope to connect up with you at my new location. I will certainly honor a first visit discount for following me to Blondie's.

Over the years it just keeps going down hill!!!

I have been to charisma about 7 or 8 times in the last 5 years. Sometimes for hair and for massage. I have no complaints about my massages, but my hair has been over proseced, and literally falling out of my head in handfulls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know i am not a regular client, but I keep thinking this time will be different, (my sister loves Dolly) Now when I call I can not get an appointment with Dolly, she is to busy. So I give up. The last time i was there, the front desk totally ignored me, and had a five minute conversation, before they acknowledged me!!! I'm sorry, but im going to give my money to PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!
