Will now use exclusively for our Fleet. Our business just moved to this area. We have about 60 vehicles in our fleet. We have tried a few other places to repair but felt that the work was at best shotty. I almost gave up when I called Farmington Hills Collision. I had talked to the owner, who was extremley nice, and ask to give them a try. I will say I was hesitant at first. That all ended after they repaired our first vehicle. I was IMPRESSED. The vehicle looked better than new. It was an older vehicle but the painter was able to match it perfectly. I will be using them exclusively for my business along with my personal vehicles.

The Best Customer Service Ever!!!. I have dealt with Farmington Hills Collision for the past 15 years. Everytime I walk in the door they remember my name and ask about my family. Every time they worked on my car the owner comes out to help me and to thank me for my business. Before I even get my carthey have it all clean inside and out which is more than I can ask for with having 2 young kids. The painter there is extremly nice as well. I recommend them to everyone of my friends and family. I trust them, and that says alot.They will go above and beyond to make you happy.

Don't Use This Place.
Extremely bad experience. They really mess your car up and they have no clue on what is going on. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere unless you're looking for lies and made up stories. And to top it all of they get a BIG F in customer service. As a matter of fact they don't even know what it is.
If you're looking for a collision shop take your car anywhere but not there. And yeah, don't let your insurance take you there either......

Best Automotive Collision Service in the State. I have used Farmington Hills Collision for the past 20 years. They are professionals who take pride in their workmanship and customer satisfaction. My husband (a retired automotive engineer) is a fanatic about our vehicles both for street and show. He will not let another shop touch his cars, and for a very good reason! Quality of fit and finish, expert paint matching, and unsurpassed customer service. This is not a solicited review, but an honest and well deserved comment.

Honest? Lousy. They absolutely ruined a top of the line vehicles , simple bumper replacement. The color of paint was totally wrong.The alignment was off by at least 2 inches, and they ended up breaking expensive parts that were not any where near the damage area.They plead ignorance to mostly every complaint,but they did fix the complaints after much denial. and now I have what was a brand new vehicle with a rusting bumper less than 1 year old.The repair was a complete fiasco.I would definitely recomend them to someone...someone I did not like.They are terrible, and I will not be taking anything I own back to them including letting them "fix" the messed up job they stuck me with.I will now pay again,to have a good shop completely redo thier shoddy substadndard work.They should be ashamed.

Honest and excellent. I have used Farmington Hills Colision a few times and have always been impressed with their quallity work and honesty. I am now even more impressed after taking in my car with a dented bumper. Instead of recommending a replacement, they heated it and pressed it back into shape without even charging me. I recommend them without hesitation
