To big of an office. If you are looking for a doctor who will spend time with you, don't go here.

They also make you come in to get your test results. Another way to collect a copay from you. Don't let them double dip you. Call your insurance company and report them for this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, DON'T LEARN THE HARD WAY.

Rudest staff. All I needed to do was pay my bill. It is the end of the year and I needed to pay off my med.bills. I had been transferred 4 diff. times and still never got an answer. Each person who answered the phone was rude and seemed bothered to have to take a call. I had a problem getting my prescription filled as well. I had to make several calls before it was taken care of. It's a shame because I like the Dr.s but I just can't take the way the staff treats the patients. I will be switching to another Dr.

The most ignorant staff i've ever encountered!!!!. The nurses and doctors aren't that bad somewhat pleasant but the staff are the rudest people i've ever had to deal with...getting a simple referral i received immense attitude, calling for a prescription that the doctor FORGOT to call i got a nasty attitude like i was the idiot. Everyone that works there clearly hates their life and hates dealing with people!!! The most ignorant, rude, ghetto staff i have ever encountered and i have never been treated soo poorly by a so called " business" DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worth Waiting For! See Barb!. I've been seeing Barb over 10 years. A couple of times I was seen by Dr. Snelsnick. My experience has been great.

I don"t know a doctors office that you don"t havea little wait. Yeah, the front desk leaves a little to be desired at times but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Barb has taken care of me like I were her own child and I*m sure she treates all her patient's the same. She is caring, thorough and very professional.

I first starting seeing her because I wanted to see someone close to my job, I lost my job 4 years ago so I have since been 32 miles for my visits.

She's the best!

STAY AWAY from this office!. Not sure why we kept going to this office. Most of the doctors are nice, however, they are very bad at following up with their patients and informing patients of their test results and they make promises they can't keep.

We CANNOT stand the front desk staff. They are soooo rude and don't give a crap about your privacy. Even if you are paying the bills, they'll still say it out loud in front of the whole room "would you like to make a payment?". They don't care about their patients, all they care about is MONEY! We hate them! If you don't like people, you shouldn't be working there. These people can't even get one simple "doctor's note" right. They make you wait forever as if "your time" doesn't mean s**t!!! If you call to get a prescription for something important, they never give it to you on time! Very disappointing.

The nurses are nice though.....but that's about it.

We're currently trying to find another doctor!

Impersonal Cold Office , Billing Mistakes. I tried this office out mainly because of the convenient location. This is a very busy office and on several occasions I had to wait for more then half an hour in the waiting room before my name was called. The front desk receptionist are sooo.. not interested in getting to know there patients on a personal level. I found them to be unfriendly and cold. To make matters worse the billing dept. kept making the same mistake on my bill (I kept getting over charged). You are nothing but a number at this office. I do not recommend this office at all!!

A MONEY MAKING MACHINE !. Believe me you will REGRET going to this office !!

THIS OFFICE IS A MONEY MAKING MACHINE ! They make you wait and wait - expect to be there for 2 hours or so.- they take thier sweet time . Worst of all is how the Staff treats you--so, so COLD and RUDE ! They don't care about you just your MONEY. You are nothing but a NUMBER at this office. This practice is huge and impersonal. Find yourself and your family a smaller, caring doctor's office.
