Employees need attitude adjustment. I've been a customer in this place since it opened, but I was never treated like I was last week. I saw 2 items in 1 dealers booth that I wanted to make an offer to buy. The girls got the tags from the items and asked what my offer was. One thousand dollars I said and she replied oh he won't take that. I replied why don't you let the dealer decide that. After a couple of minutes of these girls crap I walked out. I tried to contact the owner the next day and she was worst than her employees. She would not even talk to me. This is a nice mall but not that nice.I'll spend my money elsewhere.…

Checkout Service Needs Renovation!. The merchandise is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. However, when it comes to checking out, the counter is crowded and confusing. Too many people involved in checking out one person. Furthermore, my item was damaged by the staff loading it into my vehicle. Nothing was mentioned to me about the incident as I suppose no one wanted to take the responsibility. Enjoy shopping here but checkout is always a bit confusing. I don't always feel the staff have their customer's best interest at heart…

Best Antique Mall in Michigan. There is always something there for me and my husband everytime we go in there. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. They are one of the few antique malls that carry everything. From Art Deco to WWII items. Love it!!!…
