Um, I love it!. I think people are expecting too much from consignment. The people are not there to kiss your butt, it's not Bloomingdales! Plus it's CONSIGNMENT, which means if you don't like what they have one week, come the next because new stuff will be out on the floor. I've been shopping there and consigning there since 1998 and although others might be more cute or trendy, they really have the best prices around for great stuff! Most of the ladies are really nice and for the woman who asked the question about the contests, I won a $50 gift certificate there last year. It never fails there, I always find a great deal there plus I'm 24 and my friends are always asking where I get my stuff and I tell them Consignment Clothiers on 7mile!

Best resale store in the state. This store has the best selection of merchandise around. They always have a sale running to save you more money. They put out new stuff all the time.

Today I bought a 5 pairs of shoes for $1.00 each.

Plus pants, blouses and skirt total of 10 things all for $ 1.00 each. Then even though it wasn't there payout time they let me collect my $182.00 from my consignment.

They don't always take everything I bring in, but they sell just about everything they take. I have never had a lost item.

Everyone in that store is friendly and if you go enough they even remember your name. I wouldn't shop or consign at any other store

Terrible Consginment. The worst place I have ever been. They do not know how to price anything. Example: sweater =$14.00 yet an evening gown = $11.00 . I paid $100.00 when I bought it. Then they lose your items and don't pay you for them.

I could have made more selling my items at a garage sale. Very inexperienced people running the store. Be smart and really shop around. This is NOT the best place. Even Value City has better clothes. Unfortunately one has to give a rating on this. It would be a minus 5 star for me . In other words , does not deserve even one star.

Customers ARE NOT appreciated!!!. The Consignment Clotheirs store was always wonderful, until well, the past six months.. Examples:

First Clothes are not what they used to be, now they are very used, often outdated.

Second: Ladies behind the counter seem to have an atttitude, like they are better than the customers.

Thirdly: contests are displayed by Winners aren't. Does anyone ever really win?

Fourth: Customer appreciation day! What an oxymoron, long lines, no food(until hours later), warm water, rude assistance...Well I guess I know to shop elsewhere and find a store that really knows how to treat customers..

Cancelled my acct. I took in a very nice designer coat and got the paperwork on what price they would charge. I called back in less than a month to find it had sold and was told what amount I was due to me. When I went in to collect 3 weeks later I was told a different amount and that I actually OWED them because of yearly dues!!
