The Charges were as estimated, The Reception area was Clean and Comfortable, Friendly and Knowledgeable Office contacts, and the Work was Perfect. What more could you want.

Jeff T's girlfriends car was towed into the shop. She wanted us to repair her vehicle. She was to busy to deal with "it", so her boyfriend would handle it. We never recieved an assignment or any information on the claim from him or her insurance company, we were never able to even write an estimate on the vehicle, (we never got keys to the car). Now her insurance company wants to towed to a salvage yard.

I know dealing with a accident can be frustrating and we repair facilities are the easy target to vent your frustrations out on, but this is just plain ridiculous.

I apologised to Emily for my mistake and gave her a free loaner car while we replaced her windshield. It WAS a hetic day, the Tech working on her car had to leave suddenly as his wife had an emergency C section with their first child. I explained this to Emily. I guess not well enought.

I like to try and find small self ran shops a much as I can but sometimes the structure and customer service of a corporate place is better. Definitely in this case. I have never gotten so frustrated with any other shop in my life. Save yourself the aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told that my car would be ready on Wednesday. Not only was it not available on Wednesday, when I went to pick it up on Thursday at the end of the day, they had forgotten to replace my windshield which was 1 of the 2 SMALL jobs that I needed to get done there. This is also after I had called multiple times during the day on Thursday to ensure that my car would be ready. I was so inconvenienced and the owner tried to excuse this unproffessionalism by sayinig that they had a hectic week. I will NEVER return to a place that does not value their customers like this place.

Wonderful experience. They repaired my car after I hit a deer. Perfect paint match. Great quick service and turnaround. Best shop around.

Worst Body Shop Experience I Could Imagine. Went there on a recommendation based on past reputation, which was good. Apparently, things have changed dramatically for the worse. My experience was terrible and I would never go back there or recommend Northville Collision to anyone I liked. Very shoddy work. Parts were improperly installed and not aligned correctly. Out-of-sight fasteners were not installed - 2 out of three screws that hold the inner fender were not installed, trim clips incorrectly installed, or not installed at all. The paint was a mismatch and I had to argue to get them to fix it - which they got closer, but still never matched. Work that was supposed to be done was not and I had to go back repeatedly to get them to make good. They tried to get me to accept a bumper from an earlier year that was obviously not the correct bumper - and expected I'd still pay full price. The owner was always nice and reassuring - but they just never performed. I paid around $3,500 for body work and paint - and went there trusting they'd do a good job and I'd get my money's worth. Neither happened. I had to pay another shop to fix their shoddy work and I was seroiusly overcharged for the work they did. After the fact, I learned that several others have had similar experiences and the mechanic shop that originally referred me to Northville Collision, has since stopped sending people there. Wish I'd known.
