My experience here has been excellent. I have been going here since I was 5 years old and I have never had a bad a experience. I have a very complicated perscription and the Dr. has always been able to help me out and get me glasses and contacts perfectly. The orders are quick and easy and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I come in to the office I feel like I am family.
Excellent staff and the Dr. ain't bad either! Seriously, I get top notch service here. I love this place.

WORST EYE DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. First of all, I went to my appointment and got passed around with no direction as to where I was going. The doctor was fine. However, the staff completely kills the entire experience. At one point, I was literally standing in the middle of the office, unsure if I should sit back down, go to another room? I had no idea. Second, after trying on a pair of contacts (trials), I wanted to change my contact brand because they would not approve my order from 1800 contacts online because they weren't the exact same brand I had tried on from their office. So I called them to ask if I can simply change my brand. I'm not asking for anything here people, just to change my brand and it was a couple months after my appointment so I know my prescription was not expired. Anyways, they completely forgot about my request. I had to call and remind them. They told me they'll call me back. I never got a call back, I had to call them back myself. When I did get a hold of them, and I stayed on the line because I told them woman I refuse to hang up because the whole "let me get your name and I'll call you back" trick obviously was not working, the person on the other line yelled at me telling me they weren't going to give me a brand change because I had to come back in, get another exam, (4 months after my previous exam), get a trial of the ones I wanted, and THEN and only then will they allow a brand change. She also said "we arent going to give you the brand change because I know you arent purchasing the contacts from our office". Are you kidding me? SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If that doctor had half a sense he would fire the entire incompetent and probably overpaid staff and bring in younger, friendlier, and more competent people. Its called customer service people. You lost me as a client for life, I will avoid this place like the plague. Back to walmart vision center, because make no mistake about it, I'd go to walmart any day over this wretched time warp unprofessional money trap. And Kathy, perhaps get some customer service classes because frankly, you're demeanor is enough to send someone running out without looking back. Thanks for wasting my time and money Northville Vision "Clinic".
best vision service around – Northville Vision Clinic is a wonderful place to go for all your vison needs. The staff is friendly and corteous and always willing to help. The doctor is excellent at fitting people with contacts who were told they could not wear them. The entire staff is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your decisions on your eyewear. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a wonderful doctor and very helpfull staff.
Wonderful – I feel wonderful and so comfortable every time I go to the Northville Vision Clinic. Dr. Levin is so caring and knowledgeable and I always feel like I am truly taken care of.
Awesome Dr. and staff – I have been a client of Dr. Levin for a very long time. I enjoy going to see him and his staff. Everyone is very upbeat, fun, and honest. One of the best Dr's in the state.
Great professional staff! – I have been going to this vision clinic for about 30 years. I have always had excellent, courteous, fast service. The staff is always outstanding and more than helpful. Just recently I had a rather difficult problem and the entire staff pooled together to solve it! I would highly recommend going to Northville Vision Clinic.
Nasty Front desk staff – Unfortunately, Northville Vision Clinic has a bad staff. The doctor is ok, but if you have to get through the curly haired lady at the front, it's not worth your time to see him. I have been going here for many years, just two weeks ago I spent quite a bit of money on exam and contacts and glasses. I made an appt to get my glasses cut and fitted, and I had to schedule time out of my day to do it. When I showed up for my allotted time slot, I was told, quite rudely, that the guy is not in to cut the lenses. When would I like to schedule time to see him? I told her I had scheduled this time out of my day because that is what I was told was the time available. She told me I can drop them off and pick them up at another time and day. Why would I need to schedule a time to drop off the glasses that I need fitted? I should have been able to drop them off at my convenience and pick them up at a scheduled time. Unfortunately this was an awful experience, I have wasted my time and money. The other ladies that work there are pretty nice and willing to help me out, but if you have to encounter Crazy Curly, who is rude, inappropriately dressed, unprofessional, and not helpful at all, then Northville Visions Clinic is not for you.
