HORRIBLE. I used Julie's Bridal for my bridal and bridesmaids gowns. I would NOT ever recommend this shop to anyone. They are not friendly. The dresses came in three sizes too small. My bridesmaids even chose sizes lower than the sizes recommended by the staff. We were all very unhappy with the outcome of our dresses...they looked terrible. I had to go buy another dress from somewhere else.

Best bridal experience!. If you're looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaids' dreses you should check out Julie's Bridal in Plymouth. When I went in looking for my wedding gown the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My consultant was the Scottish girl and she was awesome! I had a few pictures of dresses I liked. Although they didn't have the exact designer she showed me dresses just like the ones I wanted. When I tried them on she asked me what I thought of each one and brought me others based on my comments. I didn't feel under pressure to rush through everything even though it was very busy and I felt as if she really cared about me and my wedding and wanted me to find exactly the right dress. And I did! I'm looking forward to it coming in. I went back a couple of weeks later with my bridesmaids. We were there for a while trying on lots of different styles. We got to work with the same consultant which was sooooo helpful. She remembered me and the dress I bought and helped us narrow down our choices to ones that complimented my dress. She also helped us find dresses that were very reasonably priced. My girls were measured and ordered their dresses. 2 of my bridesmaids live out of state but that hasn't been a problem at all. They just had to call in with their measurements and they could do all their business over the phone. When the last girl had ordered she called to let me know which was good and meant I didn't have to keep checking up on who still had to order.

I was worried that sorting out all the dresses and keeping track of everything would be stressful but it was actually very enjoyable and fun. If you can, I would try to go during the week because on Saturdays it seems to be super busy.

Great experience!. I recently visited this salon looking for my bridal gown and dresses for my bridesmaids. I had visited the store a few months back with a friend and noticed that something had changed from her experience - the people were friendlier, more helpful, etc. I asked the salesgirl (who I remembered from before) and she said that there was a new owner now and really focusing on customer service. I have to tell you, it definitely worked! I felt like I was important to them and so far, everything is going well. I would encourage others to give them a shot - the selection and convenience are unbelievable.

Horrible Terrible RUDE. Take the advice of me and all other reviews of this place; do not give your business to these people. The people who work here are rude and do not listen to the concerns of thier customers.

I live in Chicago and luckily only had to deal with these people over the phone, my friends who actually stepped foot in the door were treated with no respect.

I called with my measurements and was told to order a size much larger than I normally wear. The women on the phone did not care about my concerns, her ONLY concern was to get my credit card information.

All of the dresses ordered through Julie's Bridal were to large and needes a lot of work.

I was glad to be done with this shop and would urge every bride/bridesmaid to stay away from here.

Want a wedding Nightmare .. Try Julie's Bridal on Main. They ordered my Wedding dress 6 sizes too small. It came two weeks before the wedding and it had to get shipped back. I ordered it 4 months prior. There was all kind of fishy stuff going down in that store. She wrote down the completely wrong dress size ... Staff totally NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Luckily my dress came the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD SHOPS ELSEWHERE.

TRY NEIMAN MARCUS @ SOMERSET, I'VE HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM!!!

So far so good, found perfect dress at reasonable price. Upon a recommendation of a friend from church, we walked into Julie's in Plymouth. The women were courteous and very helpful. We spent two hours trying on dresses but were still out of our price range. The woman assisting us suggested looking at the bridesmaid dresses which could be ordered in white. We found the perfect dress and saved hundreds of dollars. We will report back in 12-14 weeks to comment on the final product.

absolutely horrible service. Please do not go anywhere near this store. The staff are dishonest, incompetent, and rude. They ordered my bridesmaids dresses incorrectly, and were unapologetic, rude, and dishonest about how to fix it. They do not return phone calls and lost my bridesmaid's credit card number, and did not ship the dress when promised. They are beyond incompetent.
