Cafe Bon Homme

Disappointed. I returned to this cafe after a ten year absence, with great memories and expectations. My memories turned out to be overrated. The place looks good; service is excellent and the food looks great. BUT it was mediocre in taste and texture. Portions are miserly. Not up to the $200 for 2 meals. I wrote to the owner to express my disappointment. His reply was basically a denial of my opinion. He "didn't agree" with my assessment. I had expected a "I'm sorry, we'll try to do better next time". The food disappoints and the owner is an even greater disappointment. Go if you want to show off (but you'll leave disappointed, hungry and much poorer)…
