poor service arrogant attitude. i was a little amazed that they got to the table quickly with coffee but no water and no silverware...they seemed to get ''around to it'' at their leisure...when the waitress came back she was ready to take my order but i indicated that i was waiting for someone. When my guest arrived the coffee, water and silverware were all there this time and the waitress was ready to take the order''then''.i indicated that i would just be having coffee which warranted a scowl and my guest indicated that she needed a few minutes.when asked about specials another scowl was presented and my guest indicated that she would like something more specific...eggwhite omelete. She indicated that her food was good but coffee refills were not prompt.my guest indicated that she felt as if we were being ignored and i excused myself and headed to the restroom and upon my return''voila'' we had coffee.not likely we will return.it wasn't very busy and we can see why.i guess that they at the ''grecian cafe'' perceive that they are doing us a favor by serving us.not an issue.....we will not be returning...p.connolly
Great 24 HR restaurant, clean and friendly. The Grecian Cafe is a clean, authentic, family-oriented restaurant. I love that this place maintains its personality and that it's open 24 hours. The servers are friendly, the food is delicious, the internet is free, the coffees hot, and the saganaki is waiting! I love the Grecian!
A +. Hi I have been a resident of the Plymouth-Canton area for 26 years now and I cannot believe what this person has wrote before me. The truth is The Grecian Cafe is owned and operated by a wonderful hardworking family that takes pride in their work. The waitstaff is always very clean and professional - and as far as body parts showing through clothing that is complete nonsense - Every waitress in the place wears an apron covering themselves from the waist down. The price of the menu is justifiable indeed - As Michigan's economy begins to fall more and more everyday restaurants like the Grecian Cafe must raise the prices on the menu due to rising food costs. So if you want great food in huge portions come to the Grecian Cafe, I recommend them for the great atmosphere , fast and friendly service and they have a huge menu with lots of choices and breakfast and lunch specials daily - My church friends and I come here after service every weekend and for 7 years now we have always had terrific meals and never a complaint - Oh and they are open 24 hours so very convenient. Try the gyros and the chicken greek salad they are divine! The BEST greek dressing ever! Remember this is just my opinion - go and try for yourself, I'm sure you'll be impressed - Newly remodeled in a modern way :) Take Care!
Gross and overpriced.
This place is pretty gross and way overpriced. It's pretty hard to mess up a basic breakfast, but these guys manage to do so with a vengence. Also if your coming back from the bar on a weekend, don't go here! No matter what you order the bill is 40.00, they write in chicken scratch to fool you.
Do yourself a favor and go to Leo's Coney a mile away on Ann Arbor Road and Haggerty.
ps- the only saving grace is most of the waitstaff have exposed cameltoes.
LOVE THE GREEK FOOD!. My family and I have been coming here for years - its so clean - feels like we are eating momma's homemade pastitsio ans moussaka - just delicious! I recommend buying gift certificates for all of your friends - why go to greektown, when theres a one a lil closer to home yum! try the greek dressing :)
