STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGER!!! GO WHERE THEY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS because this one definitely don't!!! I ordered a pizza today FEB 8TH 2013 they sent me the wrong one, arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes later and stone cold. not to mention that this is not the first time i have had problems with orders before but never complained but i decided i wanna do it this time because the pizza they sent me was INEDIBLE .when i called to complain to the manager who comes at 5 pm, I explained to her that i don't want free pizza or discounts i just want what i paid for and that this is not the first time i had problems, and i did mention that the one they sent me was completely inedible!!!! she was very rude told me there is nothing she can do for me because the person who took the order was not supposed to be answering phones and that i have to deal with it and hung up the phone on me!!! I called again she left me on hold for over 10 minutes, i got upset called again, the phone kept ringing and ringing for over 3 minutes with no one picking up, of course because they have caller ID and she did recognize my phone number, i kept calling but again no answer for 3 times in a row, so i decided to used a different phone and call her. when she answered the phone i recognized her voice and ask her if i can speak to the manager, she said the manager is busy, so i asked for the manager name she said we don't give names out, i said that's the first time i hear that in a business where u can not tell me the manager's first name, than all of the sudden she is now the manager (after denying that at first) and told me " I was gonna give you a five dollar coupon but u don't deserve it and i am gonna hang up the phone". I did not believe how rude and unprofessional she was. I contacted the upper management office in Ann Arbor, but I don't know if they care enough to take care of their poor store managers!! if you check on yellow pages you find that many people had the same problem, and apparently that rude manager still there, what a joke!!!

worst people and food. the worst i did some work for him and he didnt pay also gave me half cooked pizza then i tried to resolve with owner and he had romulus cop call me up they told me i was making threating remarks to him if you value your self dont do not buy from here or mam rosa same people

Terrible Customer Service. The manager at this location is RUDE. Rude rude rude. Sent wrong order because her lousy English didn't understand me. When I called back, she argued with me and told me I was wrong. She hung up on me and when I repeatedly called back she did not answer, picked up and hung right up or put me on hold and never picked back up. I have been a faithful CI customer for years because I love their cheese bread and subs and I will not be eating anymore now that I have moved away from my regular one and have to deal with this wench.
