They exceeded all expectations!. They exceeded all expectations! We visited 3 other dealerships before Taylor Chevrolet and no one seemed to care to have our business. In the future our first stop will be Taylor Chevrolet. Their service was outstanding! They really care !!. Jody Smith, Sales Manager, and Tony Grima, sales, made us feel so comfortable and at ease with our purchase and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

You Guys Are Great. I have purchased several vehicles from Taylor Chevrolet and I have been treated very professional. They always do what they say and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have shopped at several of the other Chevrolet stores in the downriver MI area and I would never purchase from them. It seems since the New Management and staff came to the store in 2007 Taylor Chevrolet has a new attitude and I just love it! I will continue to refer everyone that I know to Taylor Chevrolet!!!

Best sales guy around. Ron is the best dealer that I have ever delt with. His service speaks to the fact that now 3 out of 4 members of my family have bought/leased new cars through him. He cares & listens to what I want, and does a great job of making sure that I get what I need. He followed up with me & and has been there for any questions that I have had since buying my cruze. Best sales guy around and I will not buy a car from any other!
