Kevin Dodson was the best sales representative that i have worked with in a long time. He told me numerous times if i had any questions or issues to call. So, I did. My car already got dinged at a shoppiing parking lot and Kevin said, stop on by and we will see what we can do. He is very personable and mae me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him and Taylor Chevrolet to anyone and everyone I know. Kevin made this process very pain free and pleasurable.

Service provided was top notch. I dropped the vehicle off at almost empty, and I do believe they even added a little bit of gas to make sure Id make it to the gas station to fill up. THATS good service!

This letter is to advise you of the outstanding service we have received at Taylor Chevrolet. My fiancé and I went in to trade our car and received excellent service from Mr. Kevin Dodson. Mr. Dodson went well beyond our expectations in finding us the car we wanted. Although it took an extra week to get it, Mr. Dodson was able to put us in the car we requested. Mr. Dodson did an excellent job in keeping us informed on the status of our order. We will continue to do business with Taylor Chevrolet.

I just want to let you know that I had a very positive experience with your Service Manager  Steve Szabados. I had called him last week regarding a call from my customer while vacationing in Italy - who had realized he had lost his keys to his 2007 Equinox  the problem being  the vehicle was sitting at the Qwik Park at the Detroit Airport. Once explained  Steve assured me that he could help with the cutting of a new key and the programming. He kept me informed every step of the way and even followed up this morning to ensure my customer was able to retrieve their vehicle after flying in yesterday.

It was a pleasure dealing with Steve  who not only put my mind at ease but also gave me the assurance that my customer would be looked after!

Just love this dealership. Victoria DePalma was very helpful, this is my 2nd car with her. And I LOVE my 2012 Malibu! I will be coming back here for future cars. Thanks everybody at Taylor Chevrolet!
