I appreciate. I appreciate the follow-up call after I brought in my puppy the other day. The staff really do care about their patients and checked on my puppy's progress after our appointment.

Great pet hospital. Great pet hospital with attentive staff. It's clean and organized and the staff are very helpful and the vets are nice!

Don't go to Banfield Pet Hospital. I took my dog in last week to get his eye looked at. His eye was looking twice as bad so I took him back today.. They wanted to charge me for another office visit, the same tests, and the same medications.

NOT HAPPY. I took my little kitten there for shots, fixing etc. They told me if my kitten was 2 pounds they could operate safely. I said ok, I picked him up the next day and he could not walk. They said it was from anastectic and he would be ok. five hours latter, he was worse, took him back in, they gave him water and vitamins, I took him home, and took him to another vet, the second vet said they had given my kitten too much anasetic and that he would probably die. He did die that night. VERY ANGERY
