Lying sales tactics and poor customer service. We also had a problem with Todd Craig and his lying sales tactics! We purchased a used 2007 Lincoln MKX, he told us it had the safety inspection done. When we took it for a test drive the brakes pulsated and the car leaned, we drove it to our mechanic who looked it over and said it needed brakes and shocks. Todd said if we still wanted to buy it he would have the brakes and shocks replaced. When we picked the car up he told us the brakes had been replaced. And they only replaced one shock even after we told them we would pay for the second one! 11 mos later the rear wheel is squealing so we take it in for repair they have to replace the wheel bearing, hub and rear brakes. The rear brakes were not replaced before we bought it like we were told they were. We had to pay for the rear brake pads and rotors turned! All Todd could say was well the front brakes were replaced! We will never buy a car from Jack Demmer Ford again!! Mr. Demmer, you really need to check into the lying sales tactics that your sales people use on hard working people looking for a good vehicle. After spending $25k on a used vehicle I would have thought we deserved a little more respect than what we got!

poor buying experience. I called Jack Demmer Ford used cars about a 2007 Acura TL. I talked to a salesman named Todd Craig. He assured me that the car was in great condition, and a complete safety inspection had been done. The price on the car was 18,900. I offered him 17,500 and he said that could be worked out.

The morning I was going to look at the car I called Todd and asked him to have the car inspection report ready for me to look at. He said sure no problem.

I drove 2 hrs to look at the car and when I arrived I found that the NAV did not work. Possible $3000 repair on that.

The inspection also had not been done and the car needed brakes , tires and an oil change. Also obvious minor damage to the front bumper.

When asked if I would make an offer to take the car as isall of a sudden the price jumped to 17,860 with the car needing brakes, tires, an oil change and the navigation fixed. No apology from Todd. Just thanks for driving for 2hrs. This is where used car salesmen get their reputation.
