Westland >Joe Randazzo's Fruit & Vgtble
Eh.. so so.
The fruit and veggies seem to be the misfits from the local chains. fruits seem to be over ripe and need to be eaten in a timely manner.
The oranges I've bought from there are mildly retarded. The wedges weren't normally shaped and a bit harder to eat. I didn't mind too much though.
At Kroger I can shop on a Sunday and the fruit and veggies I buy will last for a week. At Randazzo's I have to buy a smaller quantity and go twice a week.
Like other have said. I enjoy paying $15 a week for my normal fruit and veggie purchases rather than 40-50 at Kroger or Meijer.
busy! great prices, nice produce.. Amazing. I can spend $20 here and get enough produce that would cost me $60 at Kroeger's or the like. Excellent selection, clean, friendly, BUSY. And I don't waste as much time looking for the "nice" fruits or veggies like you do at the regular grocery stores. The produce is wonderful.
Best Value Grocery.
The Best fruit and vegetable grocery store for the value conscious consumer. No frills, no free samples, but lots of great produce at low low prices.
The stores are kept clean; mostly a mexican workforce who keep things tidy and efficient. Not the 'upscale' style store like Papa Joes/Nino's, but they usually have a very wide variety of groceries available.
Have a good variety, but not as extensive as the upscale groceries. Still, gets my vote as best value grocery store.
