Awesome/Fast Service!. I took my '06 Ford Escape in for my CD player. My dealership wanted $300 just to take it out and look at it. CarTunes did it for 1/3 of the price and in less than a week! I highly recommend them! They were very professional, thorough and fast! Very pleased with them and their work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!. I took my car for GPS and rear view camera installation and the service was EXCELLENT !!!! MIKE WARDEN, STEVE , MATT, RICK and all the guys were so cool. My car is doing great and i have no problems. CAR TUNES WESTLAND are the BEST in the business!!!

Products and service was HORRIBLE. My dad took my mom's car in to get a remote starter put in for Christmas and they have had nothing but problems with it! Once the car is started (if you can get it to start with the remote) it locks the car, and turns on the radio. Once you shut the car off, you better have your hand on the button that moves the seat back or you'll be squished into the steering wheel because it moves the seat forward instead of going back to let you exit the car! The trunk used to pop opened once you unlocked the doors from their remote. He took it back to the westland store where it was put in and the service guy almost didn't want to fix it. My dad was a little angry and told them there is a LIFETIME warranty on everything and they had to fix it. So 5 hours later they called and said It was fixed and he could come and get it. Well I don't think they even looked at it.the only thing it did after they "fixed" it was it didn't pop open the trunk once you opened/unlocked the doors. He wishes now he would have never gotten it. More headaches then its worth. (Also was quoted 3 different prices for the same product) Would not reccomend them at all!

Stay Away. Took my boat to car tunes about installling an amp. They assured me that they have done it before and it would not be an issue. When I got the boat back they had drilled a hole in the wall of my boat and filled it in with clear silicone and then touched it with dirty fingers. Imagine what that looked like on a white boat. Did they tell me about this mistake they made? NO I had to find it myself. The person that did it did not even tell his manager I had to inform him. Don't trust them with whatever you spent you hard earned money on. They even gave me i hard time when I asked for the installation fee refunded. They did end up paying the $1000.00 repair bill. What a nightmare.

Car Tunes Attempted Ripoff. I recently went to Car Tunes to get a price on a new remote starter. I went to 3 other places also. Car Tunes was the only one that wanted to charge me to remove the existing one. They wanted to charge me an additional $40 for the removal. The prodict they were selling me was only $79. My advice would be to steer clear of Car Tunes. Your most likely going to get a better deal somewhere else....
