consistant on there product .. My wife and I have made this our place for ribs. Truthfully they are not fall off the bone or nothing special. They are just good. Wait staff , Hostess and even bus. boys are all friendly. ribs are tender but crunchy on the outside and there sauce is good for a house sauce. Cant beat the ribs for 2 for 20.00 and they have coupons in the paper and u can sign up for e mail deals. DRinks are stiff and it is a simple down home place to eat
