WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME..
The doctor wrote my prescription incorrectly, mixing up my right and left eye. I received my glasses in the mail 3 weeks LATE. Because the glasses gave me a huge headache, I tried returning them, but the manager said that they would retain 25%. She took forever to call me back. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she gave me their business's hotline but refused to give the supervisor's full name and extension. Finally I got ahold of the supervisor, who promised to refund me 100% for the glasses. But when I received my credit card bill three weeks later, I discovered she neglected to do that. I also had asked the manager to mail me my prescription, but she never did. Now I have to pay to get my eye exam redone somewhere else, because THREE MONTHS LATER I AM STILL IN NEED OF GLASSES.
