Cheap looking, you get what you pay for!. We started going there because we wanted cute pictures of our new baby. But as time when on, customer service got worse and worse. Working with the main office was not fun. They book at 30 minute intervals but then the person in front of you has 20 outfit changes to torture their child. If you want posed photos what have no life, this is the place to go! Also, be careful if the photographer wants to take the camera off the tripod. They are not photographers, they are button pushers with false lighting to make up for the lack of knowledge. There are so many photographers out there that do a great job these days, that you can pay $100 and get a CD that you can print your pictures to your hearts content. The pictures you will get will be more personal and cherished. There is just no skill involved at My Photographer at all.

Not Recommended. I took my daughter here for her photos. Although the photos turned out decent, I was not impressed with the discrepancy between the website prices (whch are higher) and the store prices. I am also not impressed with the customer service. I paid for photos and I did not receive all of the ones I paid for and have stopped by the store and called several times regarding this issue, each time being promised I would receive the rest of my order.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. This place is great! The photographers really take the time to make your pictures wonderful. They have many different backgrounds and props for you to choose from and many different packages. You can also order from many different layouts of your pictures along with a variety of finishes.

I've been to both JCPenney and Sears, and would never go back to either one to have pictures taken again. My Photographer is the only place that I will go from now on.

Wow!. I went to Sears and Penny's before. Best value and great pictures.
