Excellent service. They were friendly and efficient. They answered all my questions and saved me over $800 with a deduction I did not know about.

They failed to get both signatures on our state forms, costing us 1/2 our refund. Oopsies!

Very difficult to contact and communicate with after Tax Day.

And often surly management.

Though the preparers are qualified the general impression is only One step above Turbo-Tax.

If you need a simple 1040 e-filed - these are your people.

But if you need a detail oriented service look elsewhere.

The office reeks of stale coffee and failure.

Doral is a disappointment on so may fronts.

RESPONSE. Our only business is preparing taxes. We've been doing it for 35 years. We have to have a very good reason to turn business away.

Can you give less than one star?. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I found out my preparer does not listen well and failed to complete my 2009 returns correctly so now I need to file an amendment. She also refused to prepare this years taxes based on her judgment which she based on misinformation because she is a poor listener. Left me to find another service in the middle of tax season. DO NOT go to this place!!!!!
