very poor customer service

apart from the old worn down buildings the leasing manager and her assistant especially her assistant are very unprofessional and rude and all they do is sit in the office and smoke ciggarettes all day and when u call with a complaint they act as if you are bothering them and respond in a very unprofessional manner .

It is sad to see how run down these apartments have become. I wanted to live in them years ago if my sitution ever changed but now that is not the case. So many of them are empty or just plain run down. The fences are falling down, gutter are coming off the building causing water to run on patios of older people. The grass is not all cut and looking neat throughout the complex., it needs a better lawn crew rather than two teenagers. In the winter the walks are not kept clear of snow and ice causing the fall of some who live there, and those who visit.

. They want $500 dollars for a one bedroom and $600 for a two bedroom.

Their lights are also out so that people who live there have to walk to their apartment in the dark no matter what age they are.

What is nice is that a person can have animals and they are right across the street from a well kept park where children and animals can play.

Inside the apartments are nice but could be better tended to when asked.

• Pros: Across from nice park. Paid water and heat. Space and hookup for washer and dryer. Takes large pets
• Cons: Bad upkeep of property and outside of units.
