Amazing service!. Unlike the other reviewers here, I had such a great customer service experience here that I had to write about it. We dined late on a Saturday night and sat in the bar area. After we told our server that we had never been to a Don Pablo's before, she lit up! She asked us about our tastes, then began suggesting a variety of menu items in great detail. After we ordered, she brought us a complimentary "dip sampler" that we enjoyed so much, we were ultimately too full to eat more than a few bites of our food. We both felt that the red sauce on the burritos tasted too heavily of tequila, but overall the food was excellent. We had a leisurely meal and a couple of beers, during which time our server stopped by several times to check up and chat with us. I can't recall the last time I had such great service at a chain restaurant!

Hardly Mexican....poor service.. Mediocre food coupled with some of the poorest service in the Metro Detroit area....I thought I'd have to stand on my table and scream to get the waitresses attention! This is why I normally avoid chain restaurants.

Always Great. Love the food, love the DP Swirls, always large servings, and service is usually good! Can be a bit loud of an atmosphere, so go early!

Great food but no one to serve it. The food at Don Pablos is very good. Unfortunately the service is rather poor. Long wait times for a server to acknowledge you once you get seated are common. More then once I have had to chase down a server to get a fresh round of drinks.
