Roman Forum in Canton is an older dining establishment owned and operated by an Italian immigrant and his family. The interior is vast, but has not been updated in years. The pizza is world-class. Light crust; perfect amound of sauce; and many topping choices. Comes with fresh grated parmesean cheese and hot pepper flakes to sprinkle on top. Very cheap! A large pizza with a few toppings costs less than ten dollars! Also, a bottle of domestic beer is only $1.50/$2.00 depending on the label. Also recommended are the fresh breadsticks or garlic bread. Just don't be put-off by the exterior disrepair of the building or the parking lot. Sit in a high booth for optimal experience.

This must be Canton's best-kept secret! There's never a crowd, so getting a table is a snap. The pizza is excellent - old-fashioned pizza oven style. Crispy crust, zesty tomato sauce, & real mozzerella cheese pulling to long strings as you select your slice. The antipasto salad is delicious, too! Canolli here are nothing to write home about, however. The place could use a serious face lift on the inside, so it's not the place to impress a date or business clients, but for a family dinner you can't go wrong!
