CANTON EXHAUST DID AN EXELENT JOB ON BOTH MY F150 AND MY CROWN VIC ANY ONE WHO SLAMS THIS GUY IS MORE THAN LIKELEY INSANE AND OR BITTER

When I first contacted the shop they gave me a quote over the phone and we agreed to the services. Few days later when I was picking up my car he charged me over 150% of the original quote and he forced me to pay otherwise he wasn’t going to release the car. This is the worst mechanic I have ever known. He also charged me for services which he never performed. Next few days I had a problem with the parts he installed and I went to a different shop to investigate the problem, not to my surprise I was told that the parts installed at Canton Auto Repair & Exhaust were not suited for my car. After further investigation we found out that he installed “left over” parts from some other car that he had in order to save him money and I was charged full price for brand new parts that weren’t even for my car. Long story short I took him to court and won the case, he was ordered to pay all of my expenses plus the court fee. My advice, have everything put in writing before you leave your car and don’t sign any forms if you’re not totally satisfied with the services. I warned all of my family members, friends to stay away from this place and they are spreading the word. Very unhappy and disappointed customer. LT.
Cons: Performed terrible service and did not fulfilled its obligations.
