I have been to crystal gardens several times, most recently at the news years eve party, it was the best new years party I have ever been too. The staff was very friendly and efficent, bar tenders never had lines and served everyone quickly. Cannot beat the price !! Love this place

I had such a horrible experience here for my wedding that I cannot describe. First of all their prices are amazing and very few people can beat the value so we decided to go with Crystal gardens. But from the beginning it was a horrible experience. Sales staff was very rude and unprofessional. We were promised a lot of things at the first meeting and at the signing of the contract that were not provided at the time of service and we were told we would be charged extra for them.

There were a lot of mistakes in serving the wrong food, serving wrong dessert, etc but the one that I cannot let go is giving us the wrong rooms. We had two rooms and at the last moment the rooms were switched on us. We were in a small room middle room with 23 tables and NO AISLE even though I had specified that I wanted a aisle. I can let go of everything else but it bothers me so much that the most important event of my life was just another event to them and after making such a huge mistake all they had to say was "we apologize".

Anyways the point of making this review that anyone out there looking to book with them should be VERY careful. Make sure you have everything in writing. Every sales person we went through gave us a different answer. Also a lot of things will be promised at the initial meeting but at the "final meeting" is when all the little things are put into the paperwork. Make sure that you have a copy of that paperwork because most likely that is where they will try to screw you over!

Downriver's Most Elegant Facility. Their tag line "More than you imagined, for less than you thought" is fitting. They are a "cadillac" at a "chevy" price (not saying anything against chevy). Their pricing is more than competative, but people are overwhelmed by the size and elegance and think that they cannot afford the facility. I encourage you to schedule an appointment to view the facility and meet with a Sales Associate to discuss the many pricing options
