Worst Jewelry Store Downriver. I wish they had different ratings besides stars because they do not even deserve one star. I had read reviews which were mostly all horrible and I should have trusted them but one person told me they went before and they were ok so I thought I would give it a try. First of all the store is junky and they have this old lady who looks like a shriveled up orange California rasin working at the counter who is not friendly at all and makes you feel like crap for even coming into the store. I went to get a ring sized; she looked at my ring like it was from a quarter machine, which it is not it was expensive and very important to me. I told her I wanted to get moved up one size, she looked at my finger and said it wouldn't fit and got the sizer out trying to tell me I needed to go up 2 sizes? I tried the size on that I wanted and it fit and she said that it should still go 2 sizes bigger and I said no, so she got an attitude she then said she would ask their jeweler if he could size it and she said no because the side diamonds would pop off?? So whatever I left and went to another jeweler called Brennan Jewelry Incorporated in Allen Park, what a difference you walk in and everyone was so nice I felt like I knew them and they said they could size my ring I wanted no problem? Hmm sounds like Brother Jewelry is a rip off crap store - so please save your time and money and don't go there and to the rude old lady that works there make sure next time you are helping a customer you don't have cheese hanging from your mouth. THANKS!!

RUN!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!. I have had my wedding ring in multiple times and finally took my ring to another jewelry store only to see my wedding ring under a scope. I cried, literally. The gold work is awful and the diamonds are terrible. I just picked it up today for another repair and they replaced a missing diamond with one that didnt' fit.....so they put a glop of gold there to make up for the missing diamond. Do NOT Shop at Brother's jewelry in Southgate on Fort St.
