Worst management!!

Do not move to this building. You will not get a security deposit back and if by chance you do it will be late and less than you expect even if you did not damage your unit. Maintenance requests are never met, the building manager Mike will laugh off any question with a "yeah, i'll send someone right up" only to never actually do it. When i was moving out of my unit he let a tenant move their stuff in 5 days before the end of the month w/ out asking my persion and w/ out paying me rent which i already paid. He is rude, unprofessional, swears at clients, and a terrible excuse for a manager. If you wan't to live in a buildling with asbestos, broken in walls, loud hallways, broken a/c units, cockroachs, and a terrible manager.. choose the belcrest.
- Pros: In a nice part of Detroit
- Cons: everything else about the building! Esp the parking lot!

cold in winter hot in summer

the heating system does not work. the heat is off all day long. the A/C units don't work. all the fixtures are old and never repaired. everything is aflling apart. the windows have NEVER been washed in 8 years! NO landscaping.
- Pros: close to WSU
- Cons: 63-64F in winter, no repairs, no landscaping
