Best Mexican ...in the midwest?. best mexican food you can get at reasonable prices. the breakfast at el rancho is to die for, i grew up eating at el rancho after church every sunday. delicious! i recommend it to all!

items to try - heuvos rancheros, chorizo, burrito, tacos con carne, all great food!

dont go to the "fake" restaraunts like xochilmilcos or anything, the real authentic food is at el rancho mexican restaruant.

User review by danaalicia. Although the food was good, I would never recommend this restaurant due to the poor service and management of the restaurant. I ordered a sangria and the waiter told me it was one price and when I received the bill it was twice as much as I was told. When I informed the manager of the mistake, he told me I was wrong and that the waiter had never told me it was that price. He basically told me I was a liar. Good food but not worth the horrible service!!!
