Service is friendly if idiosyncratic; dishes (and silverware) are brought one at a time. The chefs grill tilapia, red snapper (huachinango), cod, catfish and shrimp and they marinate raw snapper in lime juice to make ceviche. Quesadillas of fish or shrimp and octopus, with mozzarella. Ceviche is as fresh as an ocean breeze.
