A PLACE YOU WANT TO COME BACK TO. Been away for over 10 Years. SOOOO Happy To Return. I Use To Dj There, Nothing Has Changed very much except for the location and awesome new staff. Like Jack, He an awesome Bartender & Manager... Line Dancing Still in tack, Even better !! Patio is awesome and who ever made that earlier remark, is just tired, old & bitter... I will be returning to join the new crowd....And having some fun, just like I used too........Dj

R&R saloon. Great time here. The place has really changed in last few years. It has Great events including Macho City Disco once a month. The place is so packed, everyone dancing what a time. They are open tell 5am Wed thru Sat. with good food and dancing. Gaurds where all young when I went Wed and Sat.

a wonderfully unique place!. This is the place that you always read about from the 70s that you think can't possibly exist in the 21st century, but it does!

All I could do was keep on shaking my booty to the cool disco tunes and walk around not knowing what was waiting just around the corner.

The pit is a must see! I'd tell you more, but you just have to experience it for yourself. Come here with an open mind and you should really enjoy.

Great Fun. ignore the bitter queen "hottotrot" thankfully this place weeds out drama bitches like him..go to menjos mary!

Down to earth people, yes there are some questionable characters here, but fun is fun. Rockin sound system. cheap booze.

Not sure if they got a real security guard for the parking lot yet..last time i was there they had a 60 year old guy watchin the lot. Not the greatest hood.

the r&r. this could be a nice bar but its just a place that dopers hang out at billy takes all the bar's money and buys meth now and he;s got aids ,ruby cant even get a bar liececne she's been ticketed so many times

Billed as a leather bar, the R&R Saloon has a long history in the Detroit gay bar scene, and some regulars will remember the club when it used to be located at another Michigan Avenue address. Patrons can still dance at the club's newer incarnation and, unlike the old bar, this R&R offers a menu of pizza, sandwiches and appetizers. The bar also features pool tables and video games. DJs spin music seven nights a week.
