In Short – On weekends, families line up for a table in the basement of this historic Hamtramck restaurant. PVC serves up the city's best Old-World cuisine--think juicy kielbasa, crisp potato pancakes and moist pierogi. Prices are family-friendly, though those on a health kick are out of luck (many entrees are decadently starchy and fried). The Polish plate is the perfect sampler for a first visit.

Had to try this place because it was voted "One of the Best" in Detroit and I would have to agree.
Menu had lotsa choices.
Food was great.
Help was OK.
