More than bad is the only thing that comes to mind. I paid an outragious fee for three days of an I V to hydrate my puppy Junior. I paid hundreds and when I was a little short I was not allowed to make payments on only the last hundred and I was refused my sick puppy. I was told that my puppy would be held there and charged daily fees until I could pay for him to get out. It was like puppy prison. After I got him out I didn't get all the medicine I paid for. Now my puppy is sick with roundworms and v0miting bl00d. My calls have NEVER been answered for the past 6 months and I can't afford to take him another place and pay for an office visit again just to get medicine I already paid for. It is not caring when the only thing cared about is getting more money and not the well being of a puppy. Now I have to take this place to Court just to get the medicine I already paid for.

Dr. Alice and Dr. Tim are the best vets anyone could ask for. They care deeply for all of their clients - animal and human. The staff at JVC is awesome as well, remembering everyone's names and greeting all like they are family members. You would be hard pressed to find a better veterinary practice anywhere!
