The worst service ever DO NOT USE THEM. I am the most desatisfied with this company! I took my 400 usd down comforter and 3 weeks later, not only I had not gotten it back, but they insist it was not a comforter but a couple of pillows ant those "take too long to clean". The employees there seem like zombies, I have never seen anybody care so little for their customer in any business ANYWHERE including Mexico!
