There's no better than Lou's for old-fashioned deli sandwiches. In Short Bare-bones decor. Friendly service. Began more than 50 years ago, when the neighborhood was Jewish and evolved with the times. Deli food at its finest, Jewish with an African-American twist. There's a BLT but no chopped liver, no lox. The salami, pastrami, roast beef and corned beef are top-notch. Throw a fried egg on top of anything for 40 cents.
