Neighborly in many ways

Broukes is a throw back to the days when every tavern was a neighborhood watering hole. The place is loud, and busy with a majority of "regulars" night after night. Food service is

okay--pub grub done fairly consistently. But the drawing power is the neighborhood feel of the place. Some patrons have been occupying their regular seats for decades! Pool tables provide recreation.
