This mall symbolizes the slow decay of Detroit, I completely agree. Yes they have made improvemnts, but that is about it. Macob Mall is in a downward spiral also. Although not as many shoe stores available.
Pros: Lots of Shoes
Cons: Headed down hill fast.

The recent curfew should improve this mall greatly. The mall was once a destination point for eastsiders. Eastland has suffered thru Detroit's urban decay and the Suburbs northern expansion. The Hudson's at Eastland used to be so grand, now it just looks like a glorified Mr. Alans.
Pros: New Sears Store, Curfew for minors
Cons: Clientale, Location
