Lager House (The)
late night happy hour.... In a metropolitan area where most late night happy hours are limited to chain restaurants (you know who you are!), this place is nearly the most affordable place to drink I have ever been to. The crowd is diverse and anything but pretentious. The bartenders are quick and friendly. And if you don't mind being partly deaf for a week, it is one of the greatest small venues I've ever been to (and that includes the rest of the country). Check the website for drink specials and upcoming bands, but next time you've only got a 5 spot, check it out and from that point on, we'll probably see you every week.…
