Roses Are Great!. Last Valentines I sent flowers to my boyfirend at his work. He loved getting flowers at work. I went him the most beautiful red roses in a vase, with candy and a balloon. This weekend I just happened to find the card that I sent him with the roses, it was on the kitchen table. I think it was a hint, so I called and ordered him the same thing again.

Great Prices. They have the best group prices I found. I ordered flowers for Daddy Daughter dance we are having and the price was great.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!. Day One: I am across the country and my fiance is sick at home. She needs some love so I order a bouquet from Wesley Berry Flowers. Later that night I get an email stating they were backed up and would not be able to be delivered until the next day.She wasn't going to be home the next day so I call their 800 number to cancel. I Spent 20 minutes on hold until I get an answering service. (Their website claims they have a State of the Art call center that serves them 24/7) I speak to a woman named Deb who obviously did not pass along the message.

Day 4: I get another email saying they would not be delivered until the next day. I called and waited on hold AGAIN for another 20 minutes! no one answers. I get an answering machine this time and I am careful to leave my name, order and telephone number in a message to call back, but again...no one does.

Day 5: I call and actually reach someone! She tells me the order was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I told her I have been trying to cancel. She doesn't have the power to cancel herself, and needs a supervisor. She puts me on hold. I wait for ANOTHER 30 minutes this time! No one ever picks up. I call back, but by now they are closed and I get an answering service once again! I left another message with my info and shot off another email explaining my circumstances.

Day 6: I am able reach someone again. I relate my tale and finally cancel my order thinking I would receive a refund for my troubles...not so much! Apparently I didn't read the fine print where they stick it to you for using their services. I am offered a PARTIAL refund. I ask for a manager and get a woman named Tamara. I relate my tale once again. She seems equally apathetic to my case and actually hangs up on me! Day 7: I have yet to receive a refund or even a communication regarding ANY type of refund. In fact, the only communication I have EVER received from them are emails saying my order couldn't be delivered. I don't expect I will be seeing my money back.

Day 8: WOW! Incredible!...I receive my first response from Wesley Berry himself. He apologizes for my troubles and offers me a discount on my next purchase. Still, I haven't seen any refund of any kind as of yet.

With this many troubles over such a long period of time, I am convinced this is standard operating procedure and not an isolated incident! DO NOT USE Wesley Berry Flowers!!!

Good Flowers. Good flower shop in Detroit. They have a large selection and flowers are very fresh. Price is also very good.

Great Prices. I purchased 200 carnations from this shop at an incredible wholesale price for a benefit ballet. They were very nice and even put flowers in buckets of water for me.

Good Prices. My club was going to have a fund raiser and sell red carnations for Veterans Day. They gave us a great price on the 200 we purchased and the profits went to the VFW.. Prices were good.

Beautiful Roses. The roses that I received today were the most beautiful colors I have ever seen, yellow, pink, white, peach, red, and lavendar. They were in a beautiful glass vase and fixed so nice. My son found them on line.

Sweetest Day?. I am originally from the west coast, and NEVER heard of this holiday. I was surprised when I recieved flowers from this florsit from my boyfriend. What a nice holiday, at least for me!

Reliable. I pass this shop everyday on my way home from work, Yesturday I finaly stopped to get flowers for my friend I was meeting for dinner. The daisys were sooooo pretty, I couldn't resist them. I also ordered flowers for my boss for the next day. They were delivered bright and early, before she even got in!

Good Experience. I enjoyed my experience with Wesley Berry Flowers they not only took my order in a professional manner, but the flowers delivered were exactly as i requested and I had no issues with the service or the price. I will most definanetly use them again.
