BROKEN MACHINERY. WE RENTED A COTTON CANDY MACHINE FOR A HALLOWEEN PARTY...BOUGHT SUPPLIES, AND DROVE QUITE A FEW MILES TO DO IT. IT DISAPPOINTED MANY CHILDREN WHEN IT WOULDN'T WORK. WHEN WE RETURNED IT , AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED.....THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE RENTAL ( we paid cash )EVEN THOUGH THEY ACKNOWLEDGED A PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE, THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE US A VOUCHER (FOR ONE YEAR) AND WE HAD TO TAKE THE LOSS ON THE SUPPLIES. .... NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER OCCASSION TO USE THEM...SO WE WERE OUT A TIDY SUM.…

Best Caramel Corn Even Better than Garrett's in Chicago. This stuff is awsome. I got one of their own Detroit historical tins stuffed with caramel corn for a gift. WOW, I think they put nicotene in it, it's like addictive. I can't get enough. I will be snding these out to my clinent's this year. And the people there really go out of their way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK>>> AND DON"T EVER RUN OUT OF THAT CARAMEL CORN.…

service and product were boh very good!. I bought popcorn tins for clients, they loved it! Carmel corn with nuts is the best, great cheesecorn. Not the cheapest in town but the best I've had. If you want to send clients something cheap go to Costco, if you want to impress them this is it. I certainly didn't find rude people, everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful…
