New Owners. As of May 1, 2012 this store is under new mangament. The food and bread is fresh, store is very clean, and the owners/workers are very firendly! Check out the difference and I gaurantee you will be happy!

Do not patronize Subway on Mack Avenue, ever!. Absolutely the WORST Subway anywhere! The owner/Manager is the RUDEST person. Extremely poor food and even poorer customer service. This location does not deserve ANYONE's business. Drive down Harper for a better experience.

Horrifyingly treated, horrific food. Absolutely horrific. Both the service and the food. Our subs had hair in one and spoiled mayo in the other. Upon calling and requesting to come in and either a refund, a replacement or simply an apology I was berated by a rant of a teenage "manager" that we were to bring in "every last bite and piece" if we were "even going to think about any kind of a refund". When I informed the angsty youth that it was all in the garbage, I was screamed at and interrupted yet again, "then dig it our of the garbage and bring it in now". There is no way we are 1. digging through the garbage, 2. going to stand for being treated this way. Come on! This a sub sandwich, not a diamond bracelet. Not to mention, this is the subway "located in the heart of the city" that patch has deemed it. In the heart of Grosse Pointe city, correction its on mack in the Woods. What a joke and disgrace.
