Good Service. Second time back .... wanted to say shop is on Levan rd not plymouth (new ownership i was told)

Had hitch and wire installed no problems and done in good time ..would use again

Louzy service install cheap parts that does not work.. Avoid dealing with this store. After years going to Hitch House this is my third hitch they install on my car.they installed a Hitch & Harness on my car the hitch works fine. But the harness???. Over the phone The sales person gave two option for the harness one for $50.00 & another for $150.00, Of-course I picked the $50.00 one because I don't do alot of towing and it is $100.00 diff.. The sales person knew it was not going to work but he did not say that at that time when I was on the phone. He mentioned that after the installation was completed. The next day When I called to let him know it is not working he said "I knew you will be calling me back". I said why would you give an option on something that does not work, well now he is sayin he told that on the phone. I said If you did why would I install something it is not going to work anyway. He said because I am cheap and I did not pick the more expensive option and now it bitting my in the ???. Now he wants to charge an additional $150.00 for the wiring harness that cost $41.00 delivered to my house. Beware of this store the they rude and abvouisly don't care. No wonder Hitch House closed couple store and he is left with one only. I guess it is a nice way to treat a repetative customer like that.

Hitch House has it all!. This place was great! I had a lot of questions about getting a hitch on my car and they answered them all. They made me feel real confident that they new what they where talking about. They have a nice showroom also, with a place for the kids to play and color. Before I got there I thought I was going to have a long day because after that I had to go and get the oil changed too, but low and behold they change oil and repair vehicles too! Great place, close to home...will be back! (for that B-Day gift for the Hubby...spray-in-bedliner!)
