Roto- Rooter is the Absolute Best!!!!. I really could'nt beleive how personable & friendly the Lady from RR was when I called .She very quickly & efficently took my information, she said a Repairman

would be at my home shortly ...and she was'nt kidding!

The man I call "Super Mike" was at my River Rouge home in a flash,sized up the job,let me know was the price (which I thought was Quite Fair) and proceeded to do the do...in no time he was done. This gentleman performed a Professional,Excellent job,with a guarantee and was on his way..Roto-Rooter you made

Roto Rooter Hydrojet drain pipe cleaner on video. I called Roto Rooter, the plumber tech guy Gary D. from the Detroit Farmington area who came out and showed me the main line was clogged due to roots. He put in his camera, pushing through all the way to the city main, about 60ft. From the house to about 30 ft is a 4 inch line then expands to a 6 inch line, inside that 6 inch line was the issue. Most pipes are 4 inch to a 6 inch. Common snake cutters are 4 inch dia. Some cutters expand to 6 inches but roots balls could jam it and be stuck in the 6 inch line. So the best thing before spending thousands of dollars on a new line was to Hydrojet the roots, a powerful 4000psi jet sprayer. He cleared about 95% of the roots that was there for the last 40 years. Upfront on pricing. I really appreciated the upfront pricing. Being a single woman who doesnt have a clue it was refreshing to have a professional to not only explain what plumbing issues I was having but also being very upfront about pricing.

Great Service.. Technician John F. #381 was very thorough and thoughtful. He completed repairs on my toilet and even came back on his day off to do so. Upfront pricing is very much appreciated. Have used Roto Rooter formy plumbing needs in the past and will continue to do so. May not be the cheapest in the world but everything is done right the first time. Have never had a problem after with anything serviced.

Great Service from the start to the end!!. I called Roto-Rooter because I had a major problem with my drains in the basement. I had no where else to turn. I called and spoke with Sherry on the phone and she was understanding and concerned. She was polite and very knowledgeable. I had a truck at my house within the hour. In fact, the truck was sitting in my driveway before I got home!!!

The service tech never tried to sell me anything. He unplugged my bad drains. What a relief. The bill was not too bad, but the service from start to finish was worth every penny and more.

Thanks Roto Rooter for a job well done. I have plumbing friends of mine, but I will always call Roto-Rooter to the rescue!!

Roto Rooter Sucks!!. I called Roto Rooter 10/17/2011 First off the Dispatch Rep in the office didn't have a clue on how much it would cost to even have a drain snaked!! Yea I know that it's hard to quote prices over the phone if the tech doesn't know what is going on blah blah blah...All I wanted is how much it starts off from "RED FLAG". The tech that came out..OMG had the nerve to tell me that it was going to cost me $39.95 for him coming out after he to me that it would cost $238.00 just to snake my main drain (WHAT!!). Needless to say, I didn't pay the $39.95 service charge that I wasn't told about over the phone, and I didn't pay $238.00 to snake out my main drain. Called another company got the work done for $79.95..Screw Roto Rooter!!

roto rooter plumbers 10/24/11. We called a Detroit Plumber who came and showed professionalism and knowledge in his ability. We would recommend Roto Rooter to any one looking for a competent plumber

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-17-2011. Had a mess on my hands Sunday with sewage backup. Not the way I wanted to spend my day. Early Monday I called Roto-Rooter Detroit and talked to a nice receptionist. She said a tech would be available in a couple of hours. I was able to get a couple of hour in at work and got the heads up the tech would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Plenty of time for me to get back home. Mike the Plumber tech was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. No more back up.
