The man promised to be out at 8:30 an,,
at 8:30 no show, no call ,after me calling and texting,, he said he would be out at 2Pm,, no show ,,called and textt him again,, he said he was 10 minutes away,, 30 mins he sent a text saying find another plumber,, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY,,BAD NEWS

I called and made an appointment for them to come out between 8am and 10 am they were 5 hours late. They snaked my sewer which solved the problem but 9 days later the sewer backed up and they said their work was not guaranteed. Horrible service Please DO NOT USE THIS CO.

Horrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment and missed a half day of work to be there for the plumber. When nobody showed up I called and come to find out the guy scheduled the wrong day and said we can have someone out tomorrow. I would have to miss another day at work to do this and also my whole basement is covered in plastic tarp. I said if I have to be there tomorrow can I get a discount for the inconvenience and all he said was no! I would never deal with a company that can't be responsible for their mistakes! Way to make the customer pay for your stupidity.

saint clair shores,michigan,48480. hello there my name is mary rutkowski i live in saint clair shores i had a plumbing problem to were i had to have a plumber come out asap i called a few and they kept telling me to shut off my water and so on and so on i was not getting anywere.then i called a friend he told me that he had drain issue he called iron pipe sewer and drains they helped him.So i called them to iron pipe sewer and drains thank god they came out right on time and i had a old pipe leaking in the basement nice strong leak dave from the company repaired the pipe very fast cleaned around the spot were he was working and also very well matterd and pilite then he went out to make out the bill came back in and gave it to me i looked at it and almost fell on the floor because the bill was perfect he charge me a fair cost with great care.If i ever have to have a plumber come out you now who im going to call.Great company thank you iron pipe sewer and drains.
