TERRIBLE food. Went here on 2 different occasions and the miso was cold. shrimp tempura tasted like raw batter. very bland sushi. the chefs were too busy arguing with the waitress and werent paying attention to our order; Missed 2 rolls on our order and werent even sorry.

Food is better and a better value at Kabuki , next block over.

LOVE IT. I have been here about 5 times and the food is amazing, especially the salmon. I have tried all the sushi places in the area and this is my favorite hands down!

How...is this place...open. Went to this place with my boyfriend outside of our usual stop at Kabuki down the road in order to "try something new." Never, ever again.

First and foremost, the waitstaff was incredibly rude. Our waitress seemed completely indifferent to us, asking "What do you want?" briskly and roughly instead of a simple "what would you like to drink?" She only got ruder throughout the meal, leaving our used silverware and dishes on the table the entire time, not refilling our drinks, etc. Even the waiter manning the cash register nearby us was rude (the radio station that had been on the entire time was switched the moment I said, "I love this song!" When my boyfriend expressed surprise at the switch, and even the waitress exclaimed, "Ah, come on, leave the station on!", the waiter simply shrugged and said, "Pfft." Was that really necessary?).

You'd hope the food would be good with service like that. Instead, I had some of the most overpriced sushi I've ever eaten. Even the most simple roll (spicy tuna) was bland and fell out of poorly wrapped, shoddy sushi rice. Nothing tasted like ANYTHING! No spice, no flavor... not even a fish taste! Everything was just... edible. This sushi tasted and looked cheap. However, the sushi was NOT cheap; the most expensive rolls were up in the late teens, with cheaper/typical rolls falling into the low teens range. I think the cheapest roll might have been $9.95... all for glorified Mall sushi (in fact, I've had better, cheaper sushi at Sushi Cafe in 12 Oaks!).

If you want nice ambiance, tasty sushi, good selection, better service AND better prices, take the extra ONE MINUTE drive up the street to Kabuki. I think the only reason O'Sushi gets any business is from the people who just don't know what good sushi is!
