1701 Cigar Bar. Unfortunately 1701 has declined in quality of cigars as well entertainment instead of a cigar lounge it seems to have transformed into a hang out for black old school frats who want to congregate so the best time to pay a visit is during the morning or afternoon hours when the owner is there during this time you don’t have all the chaos going on which occurs during the evening change over in management. If you’re looking for a nice cigar location try La Casa which is not far from 1701 it has a nice atmosphere and quality cigars with a very nice VIP lounge upstairs..
