Friendly but not timely. We called numerous salons to find this gown as Essence of Australia is not in every store, and is not even available in less than an hour from me. This store was the friendliest and seemded most helpful so we ordered from them.

When we ordered we were told the dress would be in in February for a May wedding. They never called us to tell us that the gown would be delayed. It was up to us to make all contact. We were given numerous songs and dances as to the reasons for the delays. I think they just didn't order the dress when they were suppose to. We were told it would be in the first of February, then March, Then April and finally after getting very nervous and concerned we recieved the dress on April 19th! Not exactly the first of April for a May 1 wedding.

Be sure you have LOTS of time if you use this store!

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!. I am so happy that I found The Perfect Dress and that we purchased the dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding party through them! Heather, the owner, was simply amazing. She was polite, let us all have a good time and was very helpful. I purchased my wedding shoes, crinoline slip and tiara through the store as well. I also plan on going through them for my veil and anything else that I could possibly want! I had a HORRIBLE experience at another salon, and The Perfect Dress is helping me to alter my gown without having to return to the other salon.

GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT HELPFUL, POLITE AND HONEST SERVICE!!!!
