I wouldn't recommend the Northville location. Staff always seems bothered by customers. Even answering the telephone seems like chore to them. Big thumbs down.

They do it right the first time. If you have any questions or concerns after a repair, they will correct it - Free if its their fault. They treat their customers right!

Hal's by far is the best garage in Northville! Great service and a job well done. My Volkswagen Jetta TDI runs like its brand new because they understand my car.. Go Hal's!

Honest people. Hals was fantastic - I smelled exhaust in the cabin of my car when I was stopped at a light only and not while driving. The engine was abit louder as I thought I had a muffler issue since I had ran over a truck tire tread on the freeway. It turned out to be my oil cap had come off and I had oil spitting out on my engine creating a burning smell in my car. Hals was honest and did not gouge me in repairing it. I will take it back to them when needed. Thanks

Quick professional work!. The guys at Hal's in Farmington were always great to me, and Hal's in Northville are even better. Don was great to me. He had answers to my questions and offered a quick turn around. The work on my car was done quickly, and my car has been great since. When my car gets sick, it goes in to Hal's Clinic!
