I was on guard when calling MTL Locksmith via Service Magic due to a very poor experience with a locksmith through "24 Hour Locksmith" earlier that day.

My older parents were stranded outside my house waiting for a delivery while I was out of state (the keypad entry malfunctioned). The "bad" locksmith came out, opened a side door deadbolt for the tune of $169 and quickly departed. However, left them with no way to lock the door when they left. Calling him back he told me "not my problem".... (he would be happy to come back for addional $$ to give them a key). Called 24 hour locksmith who had dispatched him through their service and they said they could do nothing until the manager came in on Monday. Great so leave a door unlocked for 2 days?
